phở at sáo budapest

on

Grace had a friend that she grew up with in NY, who is currently studying in London, come to visit Budapest for the weekend. We met up with her at a place near our house called Sáo that had excellent southeastern Asian fusion food. We were sitting right next to the open kitchen, so I got the chance to not only enjoy the company, but also watch everything being made! From what I remember in Thailand (about four years ago now), the smells and equipment in the kitchen seemed legit. I mean everything was delicious, so how could it not?
