last day in ireland

We woke up and met Lydia at the Galway Cathedral for a short morning service. We walked around Galway to an artisan market, got a fresh donut, saw some street performers and got brunch. I had the full Irish breakfast, and tried white and black pudding! I was definitely into it.

We stopped at the grocery store on the way home to pick up ingredients to cook dinner together. We roasted broccoli, chicken and potatoes with some seasonings. Simple and delicious!

We stayed up watching a couple of movies, I slept for about an hour, then I caught the earliest bus from Galway to Dublin to be at the airport by 4:30 am to catch my flight back to Budapest – just in time for class! A long trip, but definitely worth it to see my friend. 🙂
